Return Policy

RETURNS 

We want all Confetti Paws toys and merchandise to elicit tail-wagging excitement and smiles, we gladly accept returns on toys. No returns on clothing, only if defective. 

To start a return, please e-mail us at info@confettpawspetsitting.com within 14 days of delivery.

Ship items back to us within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Returned toys and merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@confettipawspetsitting.com

Shipping
Please contact us at info@confettipawspetsitting.com to be given shipping instructions and a provided address for items that are for return or exchange.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance
